We prioritize sourcing locally in North Texas as much as possible to minimize the ecological impact associated with importing and shipping. Our commitment to sustainability also extends to our packaging, which is always done in glass containers instead of plastic. This not only preserves the freshness and flavor of our products but also reduces the risk of microplastics in your food. Sure, it would be cheaper for us to use plastic packaging and source from bulk grocery chains, but we believe that you deserve better than that.

The use of machines, chemicals, and artificial BS is killing the planet and us. Artisanal products are made by real people like us who have inherited know-how and expertise from previous generations, and Newtons is a third-generation food artisan family, crafting our products from 50-year-old recipes.
